These heel lifts are made of a plastic and rubber compound that is flexible and provides dampening. The heel lifts have the mounting holes pre-drilled to accommodate any plate. Comes a set of Set of 2 5mm Heel Lifts. Buy 2 packs and double up the heel lifts for 10mm height.
