If you need to exchange to a different 1/2 or full size up or down - no worries! Just ship it back in unused, undrilled, unaltered original condition with all original packaging, and we will ship back to you your desired adjustment size at no additional charge! :D
Standard Factory Built Skate Packages:
In order to be acceptable for exchange, skates must show no sign of use and must be returned in their original packaging in order to be acceptable for exchange. We strongly recommend that you try on your skates indoors and not skate in them until you are sure of the fit. If you are unsure of what size to order, please contact us before ordering and we would be happy to do some sizing tests with you to ensure you order correctly. Our goal is to get you fitted properly the first time and when we can dialogue prior to ordering the success rate is extremely high!
Custom Built Skate Packages and Special Orders:
These orders are built on request for each customer and are not standard-stock products. RollerSkatin.ca cannot therefore offer refunds on custom skates. It is our policy to communicate with customers who purchase custom roller skates at the time of ordering to ensure a good fit and an appropriate skate.
Returns for Refund:
RollerSkatin.ca will refund the customer for the purchase amount, less the initial shipping costs for non-sale, non-custom ordered products. Shipping costs incurred for a return is the customer's responsibility unless an error has been made on our part.
Parts and Accessories:
Items must be in their original packaging and show no signs of wear. Shipping costs incurred for the return or exchange of parts and accessories is the customer's responsibility unless an error has been made on our part.
