Most items in our store, including skate packages, boots, wheels and bearings carry a manufacturers warranty against defective parts and premature breakage from normal use, please This email address is being protected from spambots. Each manufacturer has their own indivdual policies and practices regarding warranty claims. Returns and Exchanges (within 15 days of receipt of purchase):

Standard Factory Built Skate Packages:

In order to be acceptable for exchange, skates must show no sign of use and must be returned in their original packaging in order to be acceptable for exchange. We strongly recommend that you try on your skates indoors and not skate in them until you are sure of the fit. If you are unsure of what size to order, please contact us and we would be happy to do some sizing tests with you to ensure you order correctly.

Custom Built Skate Packages and Special Orders:
These orders are built on request for each customer and are not standard-stock products. RollerSkatin.ca cannot therefore offer refunds on custom skates. It is our policy to communicate with customers who purchase custom roller skates at the time of ordering to ensure a good fit and an appropriate skate.

Exchanges:

Returns for Refund:

Parts and Accessories:
